Missed Appointment Policy - 2 business days
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment you need to notify us 2 business days before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged. We do not have anyone in the office on Friday so if you need to reschedule or cancel your Monday appointment you will need to cancel on Wednesday the week before your appointment. The best way to cancel your appointment is to send us an email by filling out the form below. Or you can call (509) 458-5889. Business days include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we do not have anyone in the office on Friday or on federal holidays.
